Why isn't mine making that loud crunching sound like in the videos?

At room temperature, our wax candy is meant to be chewy, just like old-school gum. The viral "crunch" only happens when they're COLD. Toss your wax candy in the freezer (32°F-40°F) and wait 15 minutes.
Can you actually eat the wax on wax candy?

Technically, it’s edible, but you’re not really supposed to swallow it. It’s designed to be chewed for the flavor and then spat out, just like gum.
What happens if you accidentally swallow the wax?

No need to worry. It's considered inert, meaning if you swallow a small piece, it just passes right through you.
I have braces/Invisalign. Can I still eat these without ruining my orthodontics?

Not really, we don't recommend chewing the wax with braces. But if you want the taste, just bite the tip off, suck out the syrup, and toss the wax. Stick to room temp (no frozen ones, too crunchy!).
